1920's Exhibition: "Weston Slept While the Nation Roared: Life in the Twenites"
New exhibition, “Weston Slept While the Nation Roared: Life in the Twenties” is open at the Weston History and Cultural Center ( Weston Historical Society) at 104 Weston Road in Weston, CT. Parking lot and museum entrance is accessed from High Acre Road. Summer hours are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 1:00pm – 4:00pm except Labor Day weekend & Sunday, September 19th. The exhibit explores the monumental events taking place around the world as well as how Weston slowly emerged from an agricultural society to one that became a refuge from the chaotic life of the city.
