Guests are invited to join the farm tour led by Crown Maple staff, and learn from each featured chef how to prepare a component of the evenings' dish over open fire.
Demos & Dishes: Chefs Stephen Yen, Patrice Vassell, Ash Fulk and Gabriel Dudley bring their distinct palettes to the cookout with a burst of seasonings and spices from their kitchens to highlight the diversity of New York's upstate farming community. Each chef's demo is approximately 20 minutes and is part of the cook for that evening's supper, so guests will have an opportunity to watch the whole process from fire to fork!

What happens if it rains?
Cookouts are rain or shine.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Onsite parking is available for guests at no additional cost.
Is there a dress code?
Dress comfortably in layers, as the warm days quickly turn into chilly evenings. Wear shoes you can walk through the fields in and won't mind a bit of dirt on.
What's the refund policy?
All sales are final.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your name will be added to the guest list. No printed tickets are required.
I have food allergies, can a special menu be prepared?
We make an effort to create a diverse menu to appeal to a variety of dietary preferences. However, due to the communal nature of the cookouts, special menus are not possible. Please email us with specific questions or concerns at firstname.lastname@example.org.
